Mechanical processing

Mechanical processing is where everything that gives the desired result the necessary finishing touches takes place. We use our own state-of-the-art machines to do this for you.
We drill, turn, mill and leave nothing untouched that does not correspond one-to-one with your ideas of the planned casting.
In order to achieve this in the most elegant way and with the minimum amount of time, we use CNC lathes and CNC milling machines as well as conventional processing machines. This enables us to machine all cast parts directly in our factory according to the respective requirements.
Our principle is always to manufacture to the highest standards. Precision and efficiency are therefore our top priority.
And if certain requirements are particularly complex, further processing of the cast part is carried out using special CNC machining centres. Here, 3D milling operations that can process the geometry of the cast part as well as drilling and threading work are carried out - at maximum speed.

The advantage: only a single clamping operation is required. A fact that speeds up processes immensely. By equipping the machine with different tools, we are able to carry out one work step directly after the other, for example:

• Processing of shape and position tolerances accurate to 1/100 mm
• Production of fits up to H7
• Thread production from M1 to M20 in all pitches
  
• Milling of sealing grooves
  
• Lathes with driven tools
  

Also possible in our production:

• Machine deburring or grinding in free form or according to contour
• Carrying out pressure and leak tests
• Assembly of components
  
• Pre-assembly of cast parts (use of threaded inserts, modular components or inlays)
  

As a result, thanks to modern mechanical processing, cast parts are manufactured and processed in exactly the way you want them: precisely down to the last detail.
